In line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Listing Rule 2.07A, KADER HOLDINGS will henceforth distribute all corporate communications—covering annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, circulars, proxy forms and related documents—solely through electronic channels. Hard-copy versions will be dispatched only to shareholders who have previously opted for printed materials or who subsequently submit a specific request.

• Access points: www.hkexnews.hk and www.kaderholdings.com • Printed copies: Available free of charge upon request via email (kader.ecom@computershare.com.hk) or by written notice to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. • Action for non-registered shareholders: Provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or nominees (collectively “Intermediaries”) to receive e-notifications.

The company cautions that shareholders who do not submit a valid email address through their Intermediaries may miss future publication alerts and will need to monitor the designated websites proactively for updates.
