Shenzhen Kinwong Electronic Co., Ltd. (Kinwong) has announced that its board of directors will convene on 26 October 2026. The meeting’s primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited third-quarter results of Kinwong and its subsidiaries for the nine months ended 30 September 2026, and to authorise their publication.

According to the notice, the current board comprises two executive directors (Mr. Liu Yu and Mr. Deng Li), four non-executive directors (Mr. Liu Shaobai, Mr. Cheuk Yung, Ms. Huang Xiaofen and Ms. Cheuk Kwan) and three independent non-executive directors (Dr. Zhou Guoyun, Dr. Xin Guosheng and Dr. Cao Chunfang). Mr. Liu Shaobai serves as Chairman.
