On 13 October 2026, 160 Health International Limited (160 Health) announced the execution of its inaugural sales contract worth approximately RMB 42.00 million with a national high-tech enterprise specializing in enterprise-grade computing power infrastructure (the Partner). The agreement represents the first concrete transaction under the strategic cooperation framework signed on 16 September 2026, which envisages total potential collaboration of about RMB 650.00 million.

Under the newly signed contract, 160 Health’s indirect wholly owned unit, Shenzhen 160 Internet Technology Co., Ltd., will deliver AI computing power infrastructure and related services in line with the Partner’s project timetable. The signing moves the relationship from framework intent to operational rollout, initiating the realisation of the broader cooperation scale outlined last month.

The company confirmed that the First Sales Contract does not trigger disclosure requirements for notifiable or connected transactions under Chapters 14 and 14A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.

Management stated that continuous coordination with the Partner will guide subsequent phases of the estimated RMB 650.00 million cooperation. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares, as the announcement reflects only the current stage of business progress and does not guarantee future transactions.
