Kader Holdings Co Ltd (HK: 00180) has issued a profit warning, indicating that its net loss for the first half of 2026 is expected to expand to between HK$135 million and HK$145 million.

This projected loss compares with a loss of approximately HK$93 million recorded in the same period of 2025. The company attributed the increased deficit primarily to a revaluation loss on its investment properties and the impact of foreign currency exchange rate fluctuations.

The group stated that the anticipated widening of the loss is mainly driven by these non-cash items, which have weighed on its financial performance for the reporting period.
