Minerva Group Holding Limited notified non-registered shareholders on 25 September 2026 that its Interim Report covering the six months ended 30 June 2026 is now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.minervagroup.hk) and on HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who have previously opted for printed materials will receive the report by mail. Others may obtain a hard copy by completing and returning the enclosed request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited or by emailing is-ecom@vistra.com. The choice to receive printed versions of future corporate communications remains valid until 31 December 2026 unless revoked or superseded.
