Suzhou Basecare Medical Corporation Limited (Basecare) disclosed that on 13 October 2026 it repurchased 4,000 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 1.30 per share, spending a total of roughly HKD 0.01 million.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell from 82.68 million to 82.68 million, representing a marginal 0.0048% reduction, while treasury shares rose to 34,000. The total issued share count remained unchanged at 82.71 million because the repurchased shares were retained as treasury stock rather than cancelled.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 4 June 2026, which permits repurchases of up to 8.27 million shares. To date, Basecare has acquired 34,000 shares under this authorization, equal to 0.0411% of the company’s issued shares as of the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Basecare is now subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 12 November 2026. All repurchases were executed in accordance with the Main Board Listing Rules, and no material changes have been made to the previously filed Explanatory Statement dated 12 May 2026.
