China Kingstone Mining Holdings Limited has published its 2025 Annual Report in both English and Chinese on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.kingstonemining.com).

The board confirmed that, effective 31 December 2023, the company adopted HKEX’s expanded paperless listing regime under Listing Rule 2.07. All future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, circulars and proxy forms—will now be distributed electronically through the two designated websites.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive email notifications must supply a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until an email address is provided, shareholders will not receive publication alerts and will need to check the company and HKEX websites proactively.
