Its business covers semiconductors, cloud computing, new energy, biomedicine, and automobile manufacturing, providing services including engineering consulting, design, general contracting, and specialized contracting. The company possesses full-cycle management and implementation capabilities spanning the pre-project phase, design, construction, and commissioning.

China Electronics System Engineering Fourth Construction has a longstanding partnership with Jiading, with cumulative contract value exceeding 6 billion yuan in the district over the past five years, serving multiple enterprises and platforms in Jiading.
