Kingdee International Software Group Company Limited reported solid momentum in its cloud-subscription franchise, underscoring the execution of its “AI-first, Subscription-first and Globalisation” strategy.

As of 30 September 2026, annual recurring revenue from subscription services reached RMB4.60 billion, up 19.3% year on year. Net new ARR generated in the third quarter expanded 46.9% versus the prior-year period, supported by accelerating demand for Kingdee AI Suite and Lingee as artificial intelligence becomes further integrated into enterprise management workflows.

For the nine months ended 30 September 2026, signed contract value for the Group’s AI-native product portfolio totalled RMB1.00 billion. Customer stickiness remained resilient: net dollar retention rates for Kingdee’s flagship AI+SaaS lines stood at 101% for AI Constellation, 97% for AI Galaxy and 95% for AI Stellar as at quarter-end.

Recent contract wins include state-owned and large-scale enterprises such as CRRC, Changan Automobile, China Everbright Group, H World Group and Sungrow Smart O&M, reinforcing the Group’s penetration in key industry verticals.

All figures are unaudited and were disclosed in the company’s voluntary business update dated 12 October 2026. Shareholders and prospective investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
