Harbin Electric Announces Change of Hong Kong Principal Place of Business Effective 14 October 2026

Harbin Electric Company Limited disclosed that its principal place of business in Hong Kong will relocate to Unit 1002, 10th Floor, No. 100 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong. The change becomes effective on 14 October 2026.
The announcement, issued on 13 October 2026 from Harbin, PRC, was authorized by Company Secretary Ai Li-song and confirmed by the Board, which currently comprises three executive directors—Huang Wei, Liu Qing-yong and Du Xing-kai—and four independent non-executive directors—He Yu, Niu Xiang-chun, Gao Yi-bin and Li Xie-hua.
