Shanghai Forest Cabin Cosmetics Group Co., Ltd. (Forest Cabin) disclosed that it repurchased 154,050 H-shares on 12 October 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying an aggregate HKD 9.36 million. The shares were bought at prices ranging between HKD 60.15 and HKD 61.50 per share, generating a volume-weighted average repurchase price of HKD 60.78.

Following the transaction, Forest Cabin’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) declined to 105.93 million from 106.08 million, a decrease of 0.15%. Treasury shares rose to 2.26 million, equivalent to 2.09% of the company’s issued share capital at the date of the buyback mandate (8 May 2026). The total number of issued shares remains unchanged at 108.19 million, as the repurchased shares are held in treasury and have not been cancelled.

To date, Forest Cabin has repurchased 2.26 million shares under its current mandate—20.88% of the 10.82 million shares authorised for buyback. In line with Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 11 November 2026.
