NASN Tech announced an updated proposal to appoint Ernst & Young (EY) as external auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2026. The engagement, subject to approval at an extraordinary general meeting, would run from the date of shareholder approval until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.
The expected audit fee is budgeted at RMB3.00-4.00 million, determined after arm’s-length negotiations and reflecting the group’s size, geographic spread, business complexity, anticipated audit timetable and the seniority of audit personnel required.
The lower end of the range assumes no major structural or operational changes, while the upper end allows for potential acquisitions, new accounting standards or other developments that could trigger additional procedures.
Management benchmarked the proposed fee against publicly available data showing similar-scale listed companies typically incur audit costs of RMB2.00-5.00 million. The Audit Committee and the Board concluded that the negotiated fee is fair, reasonable and in the best interests of shareholders.
All other information in the original circular dated 28 September 2026 remains unchanged.
