China Hongbao (08316) announced that following the passing of a special resolution regarding the proposed change of company name at the extraordinary general meeting held on September 18, 2026, the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands approved the registration of the company's new name and issued a certificate of incorporation on change of name on September 18, 2026.

Accordingly, the company's English name has been changed from China Hongbao Holdings Limited to SwiftLife Holdings Limited, while its Chinese name China Hongbao Holdings Limited has been replaced by Suijiao Suidao Life Holdings Limited as the company's Chinese dual foreign name, effective from September 18, 2026.

The Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong issued a certificate of registration of change of name of a non-Hong Kong company on October 6, 2026, certifying that the company's English name registered in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) has been changed from China Hongbao Holdings Limited to SwiftLife Holdings Limited, and its Chinese name has been changed from China Hongbao Holdings Limited to Suijiao Suidao Life Holdings Limited.

The English stock short name for trading on the Stock Exchange will be changed from CHINA HONGBAO to SWIFTLIFE, while the Chinese stock short name will be changed from China Hongbao to Suijiao Suidao, effective from 9:00 a.m. on October 15, 2026.

The company's stock code on the Stock Exchange will remain unchanged as 8316.
