Cultural Communications (00343) Appoints New Independent Director and Authorized Representatives

Cultural Communications Holdings Ltd (00343) has announced changes to its board and corporate governance structure, effective August 24, 2026.
Ms. Sheng Haiyuan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and will also serve as a member of both the company's audit committee and nomination committee, with her tenure beginning on the same date.
In a separate move, Mr. Huang Guangyu has been designated as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, as well as the authorized representative for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), replacing Mr. Guan Jiancong. Both appointments take effect on August 24, 2026.
