To fully promote high-quality and sufficient employment for college graduates, the Yantai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has teamed up with five universities located in Yantai — Yantai University, Yantai Institute of Technology, Yantai Gold Vocational College, Shandong Technology and Business University, and Ludong University — to launch the largest campus recruitment event of autumn 2026: from October 15 to 18, the "Stay in Yantai, Youth Without Worries — A Thousand Enterprises, Ten Thousand Positions Entering Campus" autumn large-scale dual-selection fair for 2027 graduates will be held over four consecutive days in different time slots and at different campuses, creating a precise school-enterprise matching platform to fully promote local employment for graduates and encourage them to build their careers in Yantai.

This event is open to 2027 graduates from universities in Yantai, municipal universities, and technician colleges, as well as unemployed college graduates who have left school and various social job seekers. It offers a one-stop job-seeking service with abundant positions, broad choices, and high quality. The five universities have a considerable total number of 2027 graduates: Yantai University has 7,481, Ludong University has 8,030, Yantai Institute of Technology has 7,116, Shandong Technology and Business University has 5,875, and Yantai Gold Vocational College has 4,743, with broad coverage of academic disciplines.

In terms of scheduling, from 9:00 to 11:30 on October 15, the Yantai University job fair will be held at the Thousand-Meter Culture and Art Corridor on the main campus, and from 9:00 to 11:30 at the Sports Center Training Hall on the Bajiaowan campus; from 9:00 to 11:30 on October 16, it will be held at the basketball court of Yantai Institute of Technology. On the same day, the Yantai Gold Vocational College job fair will kick off from 9:00 to 16:00 on Hailin Road; on October 17, the Shandong Technology and Business University job fair will be held from 8:00 to 14:00 at the East Campus track and field ground; and from 9:00 to 12:00 on October 18, Ludong University will continue with its job fair at the North District playground.

This dual-selection fair features a strong lineup and high-quality resources, bringing together more than 1,800 quality enterprises, releasing over 5,000 quality positions and demand for 74,000 people. It covers a wide range of industries with high professional compatibility and attractive salaries, fully covering many popular fields such as machinery manufacturing, information technology, intelligent manufacturing, electronic information, petrochemicals, biomedicine, computer and software, accounting and finance, and economics, management, and education, fully matching the job-seeking needs of graduates of all degree levels and majors. Comprehensive monthly salaries are mostly concentrated in the range of 4,000 yuan to 9,000 yuan, while salaries for positions such as technology research and development and management trainees can reach more than 7,000 yuan, and some positions offer monthly salaries exceeding 10,000 yuan.
