Raffles Education Limited slipped to a post-tax loss of S$6.35 million for the year ended Jun 30 2026, 3.9 per cent wider than the unaudited figure released in August, after the tertiary-education group booked a late tax provision.
Earnings per share came in at a negative 0.36 Singapore cent, compared with the previously reported loss per share of 0.35 cent. The company did not declare any dividend for the year.
The revision stemmed from an additional S$238,000 in income-tax and deferred-tax expenses related to one of its colleges. The adjustment also trimmed total comprehensive income to S$38.43 million from the unaudited S$38.67 million.
Deferred tax assets were restated lower at S$523,000, while income-tax payables rose to S$12.72 million. As a result, the group’s net assets were reduced marginally by S$238,000 to S$717.29 million.
