Guangzhou Xiao Noodles Catering Management Co., Ltd. (XIAO NOODLES) has filed a Next Day Disclosure Return after repurchasing 0.10 million H shares on 13 October 2026. The on-market purchase was executed at prices between HKD 4.085 and HKD 4.11 per share, for an aggregate consideration of approximately HKD 0.41 million. All 99,000 shares bought back are designated for cancellation but remain outstanding as treasury stock as at the reporting date.

The transaction leaves the company’s issued share capital unchanged at 710.69 million shares, as none of the repurchased shares has yet been cancelled.

Repurchase mandate utilisation: • Current mandate approved on 25 June 2026 permits the company to repurchase up to 71.07 million shares. • Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 5.46 million shares, equivalent to 0.77 % of the issued share base on the mandate date. • Including an earlier 17.32 million shares bought back under the 26 January 2026 mandate, Xiao Noodles holds 22.78 million repurchased shares pending cancellation—about 3.21 % of total issued shares.

Following the latest transaction, the company is restricted by Hong Kong listing rules from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 12 November 2026.
