On 24 June 2026, Kader Holdings Company Limited (Kader) issued a supplemental announcement ahead of its annual general meeting (AGM), clarifying details in its 27 April 2026 circular.
KPMG, the incumbent auditor, will retire at the AGM but is eligible and willing to serve another term. The board, acting on the audit committee’s recommendation, will seek shareholder approval for KPMG’s re-appointment to audit the financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2026 and to authorise the board to set the auditor’s remuneration.
Kader estimates the audit fee for 2026 at HK$3.60 million–HK$3.90 million, a range derived from historical fees, prevailing market rates, the company’s business complexity and plans, audit scheduling, and required auditor resources. The board considers the proposed fee range fair and reasonable; material deviations from this estimate will prompt further disclosure.
All other information in the original circular and AGM notice remains unchanged.
