HashKey Holdings Limited (HASHKEY HLDGS) has disclosed the repurchase of 670,000 ordinary shares on 12 October 2026, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought on-market at prices ranging from HKD 2.155 to HKD 2.205, with a volume-weighted average repurchase price of HKD 2.1932. The transaction involved a total outlay of HKD 1.47 million, and all repurchased shares will be held in treasury.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.0244% to 2.74 billion, while treasury shares increased from 20.84 million to 21.51 million. The total issued share capital remains unchanged at 2.77 billion shares.

The repurchase was executed under the mandate granted by shareholders on 11 June 2026, which authorises buybacks of up to 276.61 million shares. To date, HashKey HLDGS has repurchased 21.51 million shares under this mandate, equivalent to 7.78% of the authorised limit and 0.78% of the issued share base as at the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is now subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 11 November 2026.
