Shenzhen Edge Medical Co., Ltd. (Edge Medical) disclosed on 13 October 2026 that it repurchased 156,900 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying a volume-weighted average of HKD 32.95 per share within a price range of HKD 32.88–33.00. The transaction cost totalled HKD 5.17 million.

Following the buyback, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell to 324.66 million, while treasury stock rose to 3.10 million shares. Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 327.76 million shares. The latest repurchase represents 0.0483% of Edge Medical’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as of the previous day.

Cumulatively, the company has bought back 1.49 million shares (all held as treasury stock) under the mandate approved on 25 June 2026, equivalent to 0.4565% of the share base on the mandate date. The board confirmed that all repurchases complied with Hong Kong listing rules, and no shares were cancelled in this round.

Under listing regulations, Edge Medical is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, effective until 12 November 2026. Treasury stock now accounts for approximately 0.95% of the company’s total issued share capital.
