China Environmental Technology Holdings Limited (CETHL) announced that its latest Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.cethl.com/en/Home.aspx) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board, chaired by Xu Jingping, recommends shareholders and the investing public consult the online version to expedite access and reduce paper use.

Non-registered holders experiencing difficulty with electronic access may obtain a printed copy free of charge. To do so, they must complete the enclosed Request Form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label provided or via email to 646-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders preferring ongoing electronic delivery should supply a functional email address to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited—to receive future publication notices electronically. Until a valid email is supplied, notices will be sent in printed form only.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on +852 2980 1333, available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notification, dated 17 September 2026, applies to the current Interim Report and all future corporate communications, including annual reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms.
