China-based auto dealer YONGDA AUTO filed a Next Day Disclosure Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 13 October 2026, detailing further progress under its June 2026 share-repurchase mandate.

The company bought back 800,000 ordinary shares on 13 October 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging between HKD 0.735 and HKD 0.78 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.61 million. These shares, together with 967,500 shares repurchased on 6 October 2026 at an average HKD 0.79, remain uncancelled and are earmarked for cancellation.

Including both October transactions, YONGDA AUTO has repurchased 1.77 million shares since receiving shareholder approval on 26 June 2026. The cumulative volume represents 0.10% of the 1.90 billion issued shares outstanding at the mandate date, leaving authority for a further 182.07 million shares to be bought back before the mandate’s limit of 183.84 million shares is reached.

The total issued share capital stood at 1.90 billion shares as of 13 October 2026, unchanged from the previous reporting date because the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. Under Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), YONGDA AUTO is subject to a moratorium on issuing, selling or transferring shares until 12 November 2026 following the latest repurchase.
