On 31 July 2026, Culturecom Holdings Limited announced that its 2025/26 Annual Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews website and the company’s own site. Shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy distribution will receive the printed report in their selected language at no cost.

In accordance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules—part of the expanded paperless regime that took effect on 31 December 2023—Culturecom has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. Printed copies will be supplied only upon request.

Non-registered shareholders are advised to provide functional email addresses to their custodial intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited) to ensure timely receipt of electronic notifications. Until an email address is on file, shareholders will need to monitor the Culturecom and HKEXnews websites directly for updates.
