Movement Alert|DELTON Falls 3.57% in Regular Trading, Convertible Bond Acceptance Fails to Offset Institutional Selling

Market Focus
Oct 09

On October 9, DELTON fell 3.57% in regular trading, trading at 110.9 HKD, with Turnover of 881.91 million HKD.

The decline came despite the Shenzhen Stock Exchange accepting the company's 3.6 billion yuan A-share convertible bond issuance application. Recent intensive H-share selling by multiple institutional investors, including Fullgoal Fund, Value Partners, Greenwoods, and Barclays, has maintained significant pressure on the stock. PCB sector strength from AI computing demand and the company's high-growth equity incentive assessment targets have not yet offset the impact of foreign capital outflows and the loosening institutional shareholder base.

DELTON is engaged in the research, development, production and sales of printed circuit boards, primarily for servers, consumer electronics, industrial control, communications, and automotive electronics, with products sold in domestic and international markets.
