Sinotrans Announces 27 October Board Meeting to Approve Q3 2026 Unaudited Results

Sinotrans Limited has scheduled a board meeting for 27 October 2026 to review and approve the unaudited consolidated results for the third quarter ended 30 September 2026. Following approval, the company plans to release the financial figures to the market.
The board currently consists of Chairman Zhang Yi, executive directors Gao Xiang, Luo Li, Li Feng, Sun Jianfeng, Huang Chuanjing, Jerry Hsu and Gong Weiguo, together with four independent non-executive directors: Wang Xiaoli, Ning Yaping, Cui Xinjian and Cui Fan.
The announcement was signed by Company Secretary Li Shichu in Beijing on 13 October 2026.
