Dufu Liquor Group Limited (Dufu Liquor) has reported a 20.0% month-on-month expansion in its equity base for September 2026. The company issued 25.89 million new ordinary shares on 21 September via a placing/subscription priced at HKD 0.26 per share, increasing total issued shares (excluding treasury shares) from 129.47 million to 155.36 million.

The authorised share capital remains unchanged at 100 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion in registered capital. Dufu Liquor confirmed that it held no treasury shares at month-end and continues to satisfy the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public float requirement of 25%.

Under its Share Option Scheme adopted on 29 September 2021, 12.49 million options were outstanding at September’s close; no options were exercised during the period.

The company reported no activity involving warrants, convertibles, other share-issuance arrangements, or share repurchases. All disclosures were confirmed by Company Secretary Sin Kwok Chui Malon to be in full compliance with Hong Kong listing rules and relevant legal obligations.
