Racura Oncology (ASX:RAC) said the Safety Review Committee has cleared RC220 to move to the next planned dose level of 100 milligrams per square meter in the phase one Harness-1 trial, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The trial is assessing the safety and tolerability of the company's RC220, an intravenous formulation of anti-cancer drug bisantrene in combination with osimertinib in patients with epidermal growth factor receptor-mutant non-small cell lung cancer, the filing said.

The committee found no dose-limiting toxicities or treatment-related concerns in group one patients during the safety observation period, per the filing.
