Navitas Semiconductor (NVTS) said late Monday it launched a 24-kilowatt, 800-volt-to-12-volt DC-DC power delivery board developed with Nvidia (NVDA) to support the Nvidia MGX ecosystem and 800-volt power architectures for artificial intelligence data centers.

The board uses Navitas' GaNFast technology and is designed in Nvidia's 400-millimeter-by-60-millimeter form factor, allowing it to be integrated close to processors to reduce power-delivery losses and support high-power computing demands.

Navitas said the product expands its portfolio of 800-volt AI data-center platforms and is expected to be featured in Nvidia's AI Factory MGX Wall partner display at the OCP Global Summit 2026.

Shares of Navitas Semiconductor were up more than 5% in after-hours activity.
