HJ Shipbuilding & Construction (KRX:097230) has been chosen as the contractor for the Street Housing Maintenance Project at 40-96 Geje-dong in Busan, with a bid amount of 108.1 billion won.
The project value represents 5.40% of the company's consolidated revenue of nearly 2 trillion won as of end-2025.
The project involves building 325 new households across four buildings in Yeonje-gu, ranging from three basement floors to 39 above-ground floors, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
The confirmation date was Oct. 12, and the details remain subject to change pending execution of the main contract.
